Kirsten Jackson-Marquard

Kirsten Jackson-Marquard is the President and Program Manager for D3 Technologies, Inc. Kirsten has been with D3 for ten years, and has over fifteen years of experience in leadership and program management in support of the Department of Defense, including Army and Navy Aircraft systems and Naval Meteorological and Oceanographic Systems.

Kirsten has a Bachelor of Engineering in aerospace engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Kirsten lives with her husband and daughter in San Diego, CA.
